Sign a document you were sent

Open the link, read the document, and sign it with your name. You don’t need an account.

Someone sent you a link to a document on RoTerminal. You can read it and sign it without an account.

Sign it

  1. Open the link. You see who sent it, their Roblox account, and the whole document.
  2. Read it, then tap Sign.
  3. Choose the month and year you were born.
  4. Type your full name. It’s drawn as your signature as you type.
  5. If someone copied the link for you, type your email and tap Sign. We email you a six-digit code. Enter it to sign. A link we emailed you skips this step.

Once you’ve both signed, the seal goes on and we email you the signed copy as a PDF. Tap Download your copy to save it now.

If you’re signed in to RoTerminal, you sign as your account, with no code.

If you’re under 18

You need to be 13 or older to sign. If you’re 13 to 17, add your parent’s or guardian’s email when you sign. We email them a link, and the document counts once they’ve signed too.

Find your documents later

Your link keeps working. To see every document sent to your email:

  1. Go to roterminal.co/d.
  2. Type your email and tap Send me a code.
  3. Enter the six-digit code.

To keep them all in one place, tap Keep my documents after you sign. It makes your RoTerminal account with the email you just used, and every document sent to that email is in it.

If you don’t want to sign

On a link we emailed you, tap Decline under the document. You can say why. We tell the person who sent it.

If something is wrong with it

If it looks like a scam, or someone is pretending to be someone else, tap Report at the bottom of the page. You can say what’s wrong. We look at every report, and the person who sent it isn’t told who reported it.

Tip: RoTerminal only hosts the document. It didn’t write it and isn’t a party to it. To check that a document is real, see Check that a RoTerminal document is real.
