Check that a RoTerminal document is real

Type a document’s number at roterminal.co/verify to see that we issued it and where it stands.

Every agreement, statement and invoice RoTerminal issues for a deal has a number in its footer. Anyone can check that number at roterminal.co/verify, without an account.

Check a document

  1. Go to roterminal.co/verify.
  2. Type the number from the document’s footer, for example RTA-0042.
  3. For a signed agreement between members (it starts with RTG), also type its code: the 8 characters after “?c=” in the verify link on its signing record. Without the code, an RTG number shows nothing.
  4. Tap Verify.

What the result means

ResultWhat it means
VerifiedRoTerminal issued a document with this number. You see what it is, its date of issue and where it stands, such as Signed by both, Closed or Paid.
No matching documentRoTerminal issued no document with this number. Check it against the footer again. If it still doesn’t match, don’t rely on it, and tell us at support@roterminal.co.

The check never shows names or amounts.

Check that an agreement hasn’t changed

For a purchase agreement, the result also shows its fingerprint (SHA-256). Compare it with the fingerprint on the agreement’s Signing record page. If they match, the agreement hasn’t changed since it was signed.

For other documents, the check confirms the number and its status, not the copy you hold.
