Pay creators to clip your game
Set a budget and a rate, creators post clips of your game, and you pay only for the views they get.
Clips gets creators to post videos of your game on TikTok, YouTube and X. You set a budget and what you pay per 1,000 views, and whatever isn’t used comes back to you.
Start a campaign
- On your game’s page, tap Manage, then Get clips.
- Pick a budget: $100, $250, $500 or $1,000.
- Pick what you pay per 1,000 views: $1, $2, $3 or $5.
- Check the estimated views, the fee and what’s due today.
- Tap Continue, then pay with Stripe.
- Tap Tell your players to share it on your Discord, in a short video, in your game or by link. Your own players make the best clips.
It goes live as soon as the payment clears, usually within a minute, and runs for 30 days from the first clip. In My Games, the Clips tile has Get clips too.
Important: Your Roblox account must own the game, and the game must be in your My Games.
Follow it
While it runs, your game’s Stats tab has a Clips card: views from clips, clips and creators, how players changed against the two weeks before, new players, and what’s been paid out.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Add budget | Adds money to the campaign. |
| Edit | Changes the pay per 1,000 views and the most one clip can earn. Once creators are posting, these can go up but not down. |
| Pause | Stops new clips joining. Clips already in keep counting. |
| End | Ends it. Clips already in keep counting for their two weeks, then what isn’t used comes back to your card. |
Review new clips
New clips show under To review for their first day. Tap Watch to see one, and Turn down if it breaks your rules. Its creator sees why. After the first day, a clip is approved.
