Work with your team in one place: your games, a chat with the RoTerminal team, update grades and a Monday report.
With Studio, your studio gets Studio HQ, its own place on RoTerminal: your games, your team, a chat with the RoTerminal team, and how each update did. It takes the place of My Games, under your studio’s name in the sidebar. On a phone, it’s the Studio tab.
Set it up
The first time you open it, setup asks one thing on each screen: which studio it is, your games, your team and your team’s Discord. Tap Not now to skip a step. Until everything’s done, Home shows a Set up Studio HQ card with the steps left: invite your team, connect your games, set a goal and connect your Discord. Each step ticks off as you do it. You can change the studio and its timezone later in Team, under Settings.

- Update grades: each update to your games is graded a day, three days and a week after: Worked, Mixed, Hurt, Steady or Too early, with the numbers it was graded on. On Home, tap an update to see its numbers. Your team hears about an update in Team chat only when it worked or hurt, at most one a day.
- Monday report: every Monday at 8 AM in your studio’s timezone, what moved last week and why. It comes to your team’s Discord channel too, once you’ve picked one.
- Goals: tap Add a goal on Home to set a number for your team to reach by a day.
- Support: type @RoTerminal to ask about your games. RoTerminal AI answers with your studio’s own numbers. To ask the RoTerminal team for something, touch and hold a message or tap its ⋯, then Make it a request. Requests shows each one as Asked, Planned, Building or Shipped.
- Set up together: the first message in Support from the RoTerminal team has Set up together · 15 minutes. Pick up to three times that suit you, and the RoTerminal team books one.
Invite your team
- Open Team and tap Invite.
- Tap + next to someone from your studio’s groups on Roblox, invite someone by their Roblox name, or tap Copy link and send the link.
Everyone joins with their own tap. Someone who opens the link asks to join, and an owner or admin taps Let in.

What it costs
You pay for each teammate once they join: $49 a month, billed yearly, or $59 a month paid monthly. Members and admins are teammates. Guests are free. See Add your team to Studio.
When someone joins, you pay for their seat for the rest of your billing period that day. When someone leaves, the unused part of their seat is credited right away and comes off your next charge. In your plan’s free month, nothing is charged until the month ends.
Important: If your card is declined, your new teammate is still in your Studio HQ, but they don’t have Studio on their own account until their seat is paid for. Update your card in Settings → Plan, then tap Pay now.
