A game was disconnected
Why Roblox stopped sharing a game’s numbers, and how to connect it again.
A game is disconnected when Roblox stops sharing its numbers with RoTerminal. Its Robux, retention and other owner numbers stop updating until you connect it again.
How you can tell
The top of My Games says how many games were disconnected, such as 1 game disconnected. In the Connect sheet, the game says Disconnected in red. If a game was left out when you come back from Roblox, the Connect sheet opens by itself.
Why it happens
- It wasn’t selected the last time you connected. Roblox keeps only the games you select each time, so any you leave out are disconnected. This is the most common reason.
- Roblox no longer lets your account read it. For example, you removed RoTerminal’s access on Roblox, or your role in the game’s group changed.
Connect it again
- Open My Games.
- Tap the message at the top that says a game was disconnected.
- Tap Continue to Roblox.
- On Roblox’s screen, select all your games, including the ones already connected.
- Allow access.
Back in My Games, the game says Connecting while its numbers come in. This usually takes about a minute.
Important: Select every game each time you connect. A game you leave out is disconnected, even if it was connected before.
A game you disconnected yourself
On a game’s page, Manage then Disconnect Roblox numbers stops its numbers and deletes the ones we got from Roblox. In My Games it then says Not connected. Connecting from My Games doesn’t bring it back. Start from the game itself:
- Open the game’s page.
- Tap Insights.
- Under Your numbers, tap Connect Roblox.
- Tap Continue to Roblox, select all your games, and allow access.
