Add your team to Studio
Studio
Your teammates get Studio when they join your studio’s space. You pay for each one once they join, and guests are free.
Studio’s price covers you. Each teammate who joins your studio’s space gets the whole Studio plan on their own RoTerminal account, and you pay for them once they join: $49 a month paid yearly, or $59 paid monthly. Guests are free. You never choose a number of seats.
Add a teammate
- Open your studio and tap Team.
- Tap Invite, then pick someone from your studio’s groups on Roblox, invite them by their Roblox name, or tap Copy link.
- They join with their own tap. Someone who opens the link asks to join, and you or an admin tap Let in.
You pay nothing for an invite. When they join as a member or an admin, you pay for their seat for the rest of your billing period that day, and they have Studio right away. In your plan’s free month, nothing is charged until the month ends.
Take a teammate off
On Team, tap the role next to their name, then Remove. You can tap Undo for two minutes. After that, the unused part of their seat is credited to you and comes off your next charge. Make guest does the same, since guests are free. They move to the Free plan and keep everything they saved.
Who gets what
| Who | What they get |
|---|---|
| You | Studio, the plan’s billing, and a gold check for the studios you run on RoTerminal |
| Members and admins | Everything in Studio on their own account, with their own AI questions and API calls, a blue check by their name, and every game in the space |
| Guests | Only the games you pick in the space, never Robux, and no plan of their own. Free |
Important: If your card is declined when someone joins, they’re still in the space, but they don’t have Studio on their own account until their seat is paid for. Settings → Plan shows Unpaid seat. Update your card in Billing, then tap Pay now.
A teammate who already pays for a plan of their own is still charged for it until they cancel it. If your Studio plan ends or is paused, your teammates move to the Free plan too. See Your studio’s space.
