Post about a game

Write about a game from its page, read what people say about it, and see its developers’ posts on its chart.

Every game’s page has a Posts tab with what people are saying about it. Anyone who’s signed in can post there, and posts by the people who run the game also show on its chart.

Post about a game

  1. Open the game’s page.
  2. Tap Posts.
  3. On a computer, write in the box at the top, which says Post about and the game’s name. The game goes into your words as you start. On a phone, tap the Post about row, then write in the box that opens.
  4. Tap Post.

Signed out, the row has Sign in instead.

Your post shows on the game’s Posts tab and on your profile, and everyone can see it. A post you write anywhere else that names the game with @ shows on its Posts tab too. If a post names more than one game, it shows on the first one’s. To add photos, a link or a job, see Write a post.

What’s on a game’s Posts tab

  • Coming up, at the top: its next event, with a countdown. With nothing announced, it says when its updates usually come out, if it has a usual day.
  • Posts about the game, newest first. For older ones, tap the button at the end of the list that says how many more there are.

The game’s own big moments, such as records and updates, are under Updates on its Overview.

Its developers’ posts on the chart

When someone who runs the game on RoTerminal posts about it, the post is also pinned to its chart. That’s its owner, once they’ve added it to My Games, and the people who run it with them.

  1. Open the game’s page.
  2. Tap Events, the calendar button at the top right of the chart.
  3. Find the pins with a person’s picture on the line.
  4. Point at one, or tap it on a phone, to read the post and who wrote it.

Each pin sits at the moment it was posted, so you can see what the developers said next to what players did.

Tip: Under a post about a game, Check the numbers gives a short answer about what the post says. See Ask RoTerminal about a post.
