Studios and developers

Studios ranks the studios and developers behind Roblox’s games by everyone playing their games right now. A studio’s numbers add up all its games, across every Roblox group it runs.

The Studios list

Open Terminal → Studios. Each row shows the studio, its biggest game and how many more it makes, then:

The views are Most played, Rising (up today with 1,000 or more playing, fastest first) and New (studios whose biggest games all came out this month). Filters keeps studios by players or by number of games. The Top studios card on Overview shows the first five.

A studio’s page

Tap a studio to open its page. The top shows its players, rank, visits, likes and games, with Follow. Under it are its tabs: Overview and People, Posts when someone runs the studio on RoTerminal, and Jobs when it has jobs open.

Overview has:

• The chart: players across all its games. Tap Players at the end of the ranges and pick By game to see which of its games its players are in, or Visits, Favorites, Likes or Members.
• Top games: its biggest games now, each with its share of the studio’s players.
• Track record: every game it has launched, by when it came out and how many visits it reached.
• Key stats: Average players, Peak, Share of Roblox, Updates (30 days) and Favorites.
• When people play: a typical day, hour by hour, in your own time, with its busiest hour marked.
• All games: every game it makes.

People shows who runs the studio and who works with it.

Developers

A developer’s profile has the same Overview once they make games, with Where they work in place of All games. Their Top games show their part in each, such as Owner. Find developers through a studio’s People tab, the Top developers card on Overview, or Search.
