Follow people, studios and games
Follow developers and studios to see what they post, and watch games to keep up with them.
Follow people and studios to see their posts in Posts → Following. Following sends you no notifications until you turn them on with the bell.
Follow a person or a studio
- Open their profile, or the studio’s page.
- Tap Follow.
If they already follow you, the button says Follow back. Once you follow, it says Following. You can also tap Follow in People’s lists and in Who to follow.
You can follow a developer who hasn’t joined RoTerminal yet. When they join, your follow moves to their account.
To stop, tap Following, then Unfollow.
Watch a game
On a game’s page, tap Watch. It’s added to your Watchlist, and its big moments show in your Following. Watching a game also tells you about its big moments in Activity. To change what you hear, see Alerts for a game.
Turn on notifications
Once you follow someone, a bell appears by their picture. Tap it and pick one:
| Choice | For a person | For a studio |
|---|---|---|
| None | Nothing. You still follow them | Nothing |
| Big moments | Their new games | New games, records and big changes in players |
| Everything | Their new games, posts and game updates | Big moments, plus every update |
Suggested for you
When you follow someone on their profile, Suggested for you opens under it with three people like them. Tap Follow on any of them, or Follow all. Tap × to close it.
On a computer, Who to follow sits beside People and Posts. On a phone, Developers to follow shows between posts.
See who follows whom
- Tap Followers or Following on any profile to see the list.
- Follows you, by someone’s @handle, means they follow you.
- Followed by, under their counts, names people you follow who follow them.
