TerminalTrack and compare

Compare games

Lay last week, other games, studios, trends or all of Roblox over a chart to see which is growing faster.

Compare lays other lines over a chart, so you can see which grew faster whatever their size. It’s on every game’s page, and on genre and trend pages.

Add a line

  1. Open a game’s page.
  2. On its chart, tap Compare, the round button with two lines at the top right.
  3. Tap something in the list: Roblox (everyone playing), a Rising game, or a game of Similar size. Or type in the search box to find any game, studio or word.

The sheet closes and the new line draws in. You can compare up to three lines, plus Roblox as a grey dashed line. When all three are in use, a new one replaces the oldest.

Tip: Type a word, such as obby or brainrot, to compare all the games about it as one line.

Compare with last week

On a game’s page, Last week is the first row in Compare. Tap it to lay the same hours a week before under the game’s line, as a faint dotted line.

  • The dotted line sits where the game really was, so you can see at a glance whether it’s above or below last week.
  • Under the number, the pill says how this week compares, such as vs last week ▼6%. Point at the chart to compare any moment.
  • It works on every range. It reads best on 1H, 6H, 1D and 1W.

Compare remembers it, so Last week stays on for every game’s page until you take it off.

Read it

While you compare, every line starts together at the left of the chart, and the side of the chart shows the change in percent. The line that ends highest grew the most over that range.

Under the number, each line has a pill with its change at the moment you point at. When a line has more than ten times as many players, its pill says how many times, such as ▲12×. Tap a pill to bring its line forward.

Take a line off

  • Tap the pill of a line that’s brought forward, then tap its ×.
  • Or tap Compare again and tap the same row.

Compare is there while the chart shows Players. When you switch the chart to another line, such as Visits, the button goes until you switch back.

To measure the change between two moments on any of these lines, see Read and measure a chart.
