Your profile
What people see on your profile, how to change it, and how to keep things off it.
Your profile is your page on RoTerminal: who you are, what you make and what you post. People reach it from your posts, the leaderboards and search, at roterminal.co/u/ followed by your handle.
Open it
On a phone, tap Profile, the last tab at the bottom. On a computer, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Profile.
What’s on it
- Your photo, name, @handle and bio. If you’re part of a studio, it shows under your name.
- One line with what you do, what you’re open to, and the accounts you’ve connected, like Roblox, X and Discord.
- Followers and Following. Tap either to see the list.
- If you make games, a row of numbers across them, such as Playing, Visits, Likes and Games.
- Tabs: Overview (if you make games: your players, top games, track record and where you work), Posts (your posts and replies) and People (your groups and who you make games with). Jobs shows while you have a job open.
Change it
- On your profile, tap Edit profile.
- Under Photo, tap Change to pick a new picture.
- Under About you, change your Name, Handle and Bio. Each saves as you type. A bio can be up to 160 characters.
On your own profile you can also tap Add bio, or Add category to say what you do (see Say what you do).
Important: If you have a blue check, changing your name or handle pauses it for 24 hours.
Keep things off your profile
In Edit profile:
- Shown on your profile has a switch for each account you’ve connected (Roblox, X, YouTube, TikTok and Discord), and one for Game stats, your row of numbers and charts. Turning Roblox off hides your Roblox account and the games and details that come from it.
- Your games has a switch for each game you make. Turned off, the game leaves your profile, your studio’s page, People and the posts feed, for everyone. Its own page still opens from a link, and any of its developers can turn it back on.
On your profile, Hide a game under Where you work takes you straight to Your games.
Tip: To see your profile as others do, tap View profile at the top of Edit profile. To share it, tap Share profile on your profile.
