Activity
The bell: replies, new followers, and news about the games, studios and people you follow.
Activity is your list of notifications: what happened to you, and to the games, studios and people you follow. It’s newest first, by day.
Open Activity
- On a computer: select Activity in the sidebar. It opens beside the sidebar. Click outside it or press Esc to close it.
- On a phone: tap the bell at the top of the screen.
A number on the bell says how many notifications are new. Opening Activity clears it. New rows have a blue dot by their time.
What shows up
| Kind | What you hear about |
|---|---|
| You | New followers, and replies, quotes, mentions and likes on your posts. Friends who joined from your invite link. If you make games, your place on Most played developers each Monday. |
| Games you watch | Their big moments, or every update, as you chose. See Alerts for a game. |
| Studios, people, trends and genres you follow | Their news, at the level you chose on their bell. |
| Your own games | The alerts you turned on for them, such as records and how your updates did. |
| Breakouts and chart alerts | Breakouts and Roblox chart alerts, if you turned them on. They count toward your alerts a day. See How limits work. |
| Your plan | A reminder before free time ends or before your first payment, and a note when you’ve had all of today’s alerts. |
Tap a row to open what it’s about. Some rows have a button too, such as Follow back or Share.
Messages aren’t in Activity. They have their own count on Messages.
Many at once
Notifications that are alike, such as everyone who followed you today, show as one row with their pictures piled. Tap it to see each one, then tap Back to return to the list.
What’s new
Activity’s second tab, What’s new, lists new features on RoTerminal. See What’s new.
Choose what you get
Tap the gear at the top of Activity. See Choose which notifications you get. To get notifications on your phone or computer too, see Notifications on your phone and computer.
