Daily limits on Free
How much of Ask, earnings, your watchlist, Screener and the API you can use on Free, and what plans give.
Free has a few limits. The daily ones start again at midnight New York time. When you reach one, RoTerminal says which, and you can wait for the next day or move to a plan with more.

How each one works
- Ask RoTerminal: how many answers you have left today shows by the box where you type.
- Earnings: a game’s Earnings section shows how many free looks you have left. A look is used when the numbers appear, and looking at the same game again that day doesn’t use another.
- Watchlist and Screener: these limits aren’t daily. When your watchlist is full, starring a game opens the plans. Games and screens you already have stay if your plan changes.
- API and CLI: without an account or an API key, you get 50 calls a day. Asking for the same game’s history again on the same day doesn’t count twice.
