What RoBot knows about you
RoBot's Memory shows everything it knows about you on one page. See your games, what you told it and what your profile says, and forget anything.
Open MemoryRoBot keeps what it knows about you on one page, called Memory. It reads Memory before every answer, so it knows your games and your goals without you saying them again.
What Memory shows
- Your games. The games that are yours, and whether each one is connected. Tap Connect a game to add another.
- What you told RoBot. Your rivals, your goals, how you like answers, and other lasting facts about your work. RoBot keeps only what you said yourself in a chat.
- From your profile. Short facts RoBot read from your public profile, such as "UI designer" or "Looking for investors". Each one says where it came from, like "From your bio".
A group shows only when it has something in it. If RoBot doesn't know anything about you yet, Memory says so.
Open Memory
- In RoBot's panel, tap What RoBot remembers .
- In Settings, tap Privacy and then What RoBot knows about you .
RoBot shows the name you gave it in each of these places.
Change what it remembers
Tell RoBot in the conversation. For example, "Remember that my goal is 50K players by December" or "Forget my old goal". At the bottom of Memory, tap Tell RoBot something to remember to start a message.
Forget something
- Open Memory.
- Tap × next to the line. On a computer, the × shows when you point at the line. You can also right-click the line, or press and hold it on a phone, and choose Forget .
- Tap Undo if you change your mind.
A fact from your profile that you remove doesn't come back, even if RoBot reads your profile again.
What it reads from your profile
Only what anyone can already see on your profile:
- Your bio.
- Your Roblox About, while your profile shows your Roblox account.
- Your public posts.
For these facts it never reads your messages, your settings, the questions you ask it, or your games' private numbers.
When it changes
- If you change your bio or your posts, RoBot reads them again and updates its facts.
- If you hide your Roblox account from your profile, nothing from your Roblox About is used.
- If you delete a post, the facts from it are removed too.
Who sees it
Only you see your Memory. RoBot uses the facts from your profile when someone asks it about people, and it says where each one came from, like "their bio says". It treats them as what you say about yourself, not as checked facts, unless RoTerminal's own records show the same thing, like a game that's yours.
Tip: Your data download includes your Memory, the facts from your profile, the ones you removed, and the earlier versions of your bio. Deleting your account deletes them all.
