Download your data

You can download a copy of everything RoTerminal keeps about your account, in one file, whenever you like.

Download it

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Under Your data, beside Download your data, tap Download.
3. Wait while the file is made. When it's saved, you see "Your data was downloaded."

You can download it once a minute.

What's in the file

It's one JSON file named roterminal-yourhandle-date.json. It opens in any text editor. People and games are listed by name, and times are written as dates.

It has your account, sign-ins, profile, the people you follow, your games, notifications, messages, posts, plan, Clips, deals, the questions you asked RoTerminal, the game numbers you connected from Roblox, feedback, reports, connected accounts, when you visited, your studios and anything from older features.

What's left out

• Anything that could sign someone in as you, such as sign-in links and codes.
• Payment details. Your plan and its billing are in the file; your card stays with Stripe.
• Your API keys. They're shown only once, when you create them.
• Our own working notes.

If a part couldn't be read, the file lists it under notIncluded.

Your agreements and invoices

The file doesn't include your PDFs. For those, open Settings, then Documents, and tap Download all beside a year. You get that year's agreements, statements and invoices in one ZIP.
