Cancel or pause your plan

You can cancel your plan at any time in Settings. It keeps working until the end of the time you paid for. Then you move to the Free plan and keep everything you saved.

Cancel your plan

1. Open Settings and tap Plan.
2. Next to Cancel plan, tap Cancel.
3. Tap Cancel Pro. It shows your own plan’s name.

Your plan stays on until the date shown, and nothing more is charged. To change your mind before then, tap Keep Pro in Settings → Plan.

Pause a monthly plan

A pause starts when the time you paid for ends. While it lasts, you pay nothing and use the Free plan. Your plan comes back by itself on the date shown.

1. Open Settings and tap Plan.
2. Next to Cancel plan, tap Cancel.
3. Tap Pause for a month or Pause for three months.

To come back early, tap Resume in Settings → Plan. To stop a pause that hasn’t started yet, tap Don’t pause.

Yearly plans, and plans with a failed payment, can’t be paused. The same screen also offers the plan below yours, such as Switch to Plus on Pro.

After your plan ends

• You keep everything you saved, including every game on your watchlist and every screen in Screener.
• Free’s AI answers and API calls a day apply, and anything only your plan has stops, such as Alerts in Discord. See How limits work.
• On Studio, your teammates move to the Free plan too, and keep everything they saved.
• You can start a plan again at any time from the Pricing page.
