Payment methods, receipts and invoices

Payments for plans are handled by Stripe. You change your card in Settings → Plan, and you find every invoice in Settings → Documents.

Ways to pay

At checkout you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link when your device offers them, or with a card. Prices are in US dollars. In Canada they include GST/HST.

Change your card or billing details

1. Open Settings and tap Plan.
2. Next to Billing, tap Manage. Stripe’s page opens.
3. Change your card, email, billing address or tax ID there.

Stripe’s page also lists your past invoices.

Find receipts and invoices

1. Open Settings and tap Documents.
2. Each year lists every Plan invoice with its number, plan and date. Tap one to open it on Stripe, where you can download the invoice and its receipt as PDFs.
3. To save a whole year at once, tap Download all. You get one ZIP file.

Each year also shows its totals, such as what you paid for your plan and the GST/HST on it.

If a payment fails

Activity tells you that your payment failed, and Settings → Plan shows Payment failed. To keep your plan, tap Update card and add a card that works.
