Send us an idea or a problem
Tell us what to build next or what went wrong, in one box you can open from anywhere.
The feedback box is for ideas, requests and problems. Every message is read, and if you’re signed in, you hear back in Activity when what you asked for is added.
Send feedback
- Open Settings and select Send feedback. On a computer it’s at the bottom of Settings’ list.
- Write your idea or what went wrong. If something broke, say which page you were on.
- Tap the arrow button to send it. On a computer, Enter sends it and Shift+Enter starts a new line.
- The first time, choose who you are: Player, Developer, Investor, Creator or Other.
What you write is kept if you close the box before sending.
Other ways to open it
- Signed out: select the ⋯ button at the bottom of the sidebar, then Feedback.
- From search: when nothing matches what you typed, select Ask us for it.
- In My Games: when you add tiles, select Ask for a number to request one that isn’t there yet.
- From a link: roterminal.co/#feedback opens the box on any page.
