Name a game by its universe ID, its name or its roterminal.co link. A name picks the most played game that matches, and Retrieve a game lists the others under did_you_mean.
Every response is an object with the same three fields:
Field
Description
data
The answer. Each endpoint’s page lists its fields.
link
The page on roterminal.co with the same numbers. Link to it when you show them.
as_of
When the answer was made.
Numbers are numbers, never words.
Percents are in percent: 12.5 means 12.5%, and -3 means down 3%.
Ranks are { "rank": 57, "of": 33681 }, 1 being the top. of is null when it isn’t known.
Times are ISO 8601 in New York time, with the offset: 2026-10-20T11:41:00-04:00. Days are 2026-10-20, midnight to midnight in New York.
A field with nothing to say is left out, rather than sent as null or zero.
History starts on Sep 27, 2026, when RoTerminal began counting. A game RoTerminal found later starts then.
Pro: some answers have more on a bigger plan, like every day of a game’s history. On Free they come with the rest of the answer and a locked object that says what’s left out and on which plan.
This is version 1. Within it, we only add: new endpoints, new parameters and new fields. We don’t rename or remove anything, so ignore fields you don’t know. A change that would break something comes as a new version, announced in the changelog first.
